Job description
- Collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams on various tasks, including CRM management, advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create and distribute engaging content across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize digital marketing performance and KPIs
- Assist in managing social media profiles and channels, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Support the implementation and management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Commitment to GlobeAir's core values, including a focus on customer experience and environmental sustainability.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with computers, MS-Office, and Outlook
- Excellent English language skills - both verbal and written (English is the company language), German or any additional language a plus.
- Must have the right to live and work in Austria.

- Annual gross salary from € 35.000,- (full time; compensation negotiable according to experience)
